This is an agreement between Buyer and Mike & Tammy Swager (breeder/seller). Buyer understands that the deposit is non-refundable. In the event that something should happen to the puppy that the deposit is placed on while in breeders care, the deposit will then be credited towards the purchase of another puppy that the buyer and seller both agree upon. The deposit is non-refundable in the event that the buyer decides he/she does not want the puppy. When a deposit is placed on a puppy, that puppy is removed from all advertising.
